I’ve never lifted weights before. Is this program for beginners?

Yes. I coach every client as if they’ve never lifted weights before, regardless of their experience. During our first virtual coaching session, we’ll complete a comprehensive movement assessment to identify your current movement patterns, strengths, limitations, and opportunities for improvement.

Phase 1 focuses on rebuilding movement quality, technique, and strength foundations. As you demonstrate competency and consistency, you’ll progress into Phase 2 and Phase 3, where training becomes more advanced and individualized.

There are no assumptions, no cookie cutter progressions, and no rushing ahead. Every step is earned based on how you move and how your body responds, ensuring you build strength safely, confidently, and for the long term.
